Minimum education: Successful completion of a program of formal training in x-ray technology of not less than 24 months' duration in a school approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.

This position is responsible for reviewing radiographic requests for verification of physician orders and performance of the procedure in a safe and timely manner. This position will produce quality images for the radiologist to interpret and report to the requesting physician.

Required skills: Knowledge of radiographic anatomy and physiology. Knowledge of basic image detector principles and radiation protection is a plus. We are willing to train on company specifics. A qualified candidate should exhibit professionalism and be caring towards predominately elderly patients.
